- Latest policy version confirmed and re-signed after updates
4 Credentials & licences
- Required licences uploaded and verified
- Certifications and qualifications confirmed
- First aid / safety tickets current
- Background / police checks completed where required
- Working-with-children or sector clearances confirmed
- Expiry dates recorded with renewal reminders set
5 Role, site & client clearance
- Requirements profile matched for the specific role
- Cleared for the specific site / location
- Cleared against client-specific requirements
- Employment-type and worker-type rules satisfied
- Exceptions reviewed and approved where needed
6 Records & proof
- Completed forms and uploaded documents stored
- Signed policies recorded with version and timestamp
- Training completions logged
- Credential and expiry history maintained
- Evidence exportable for clients, managers and auditors
